Welcome to SPAY/USA, a program of the North Shore Animal League America partnering with PETS 911 to provide you the following invaluable resource of affordable spay/neuter services.
This service is intended for use by persons with limited financial resources. In an effort to maximize the number of low and limited income SPAY/USA users, we request that you register with SPAY/USA only if you cannot afford the standard spay/neuter fees.
After you have submitted the Registration form, you will receive information about the nearest SPAY/USA veterinarian or program, a SPAY/USA certificate, or referral to a local low cost program. If you receive a certificate, it should be presented to a SPAY/USA participating veterinarian or clinic in order to receive low-cost spaying/neutering. Clients are required to pay spay/neuter fees at the time of service.
